The Board of BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that on 10 December 2020 the Company allotted 100,000 Growth shares of £0.094976101 each, from the Company's general business purposes blocklisting facility at a price of 259.25p per Growth share. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Growth shares in issue and dealings are expected to commence on 14 December 2020.

Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue 591,010 Income shares and 241,050 Growth shares under its blocklisting facilities.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 46,769,790 Income shares and 36,496,553 Growth shares, of which 25,000 Income shares and nil Growth shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC is 46,744,790 Income shares and 36,496,553 Growth shares.

The above figures (46,744,790 Income shares and 36,496,553 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
