In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") advises that as at 30 November 2014 the Company's issued share capital consists of 28,214,936 Income shares and 27,404,843 Growth shares, of which 1,290,000 Growth shares are held in treasury. 

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc is 28,214,936 Income shares and 26,114,843 Growth shares.

The above figures (28,214,936 Income shares and 26,114,843 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
