Change of Association of Investment Companies ("AIC") Sector

The Board of F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's Income shares and Growth shares will be included in the Flexible Investment sector by the AIC with effect from 1^st February 2018.
