Fourth Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a fourth interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2010 of 1.4 pence per Income share (2009: 1.4 pence per Income share).  This dividend is payable on 9 July 2010 to shareholders on the register on 25 June 2010, with an ex-dividend date of 23 June 2010.

As set out in the Launch Prospectus issued by the Company in February 2008, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, it was expected that the Company would pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.

For the full financial year to 31 May 2010, total dividends of 4.4p per Income share are at the same annualised rate as in the previous 13½ month financial period to 31 May 2009.
