In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") advises that as at 30 April 2015 the Company's issued share capital consists of 34,464,936 Income shares and 28,714,843 Growth shares. 

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc is 34,464,936 Income shares and 28,714,843 Growth shares.  There are no Income shares or Growth shares held in treasury.

The above figures (34,464,936 Income shares and 28,714,843 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
