Annual General Meeting

CT Private Equity Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 May 2023, all 15 resolutions proposed were duly passed.

Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, David Shaw retired as non-executive Director.
