admitted to Listing on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock
Exchange on 27 November 2006

New Star RBC Hedge 250 Index Exchange Traded Securities PCC Limited, whose Board
he joined in September 2006, was admitted to Listing on the London Stock
Exchange on 28 November 2006.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing Rule
9.6.13R(2) to 9.6.13R(6) in respect of Mr Sherwell.
