RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

As previously reported in the Company's annual report & accounts, Neil Dunford had indicated his intention to stand down from the Board from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in 2015.  He therefore retired from the Board immediately following the Company's AGM on 11 February 2015.
