INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 1.8p
per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2007. The
dividend will be paid on 28 September 2007 to shareholders registered at the
close of business on 31 August 2007.
