INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 1.90p per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2008. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2008 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 29 August 2008.
