INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 1.9p per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2009. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2009 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 28 August 2009.
