INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2011. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2011 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 26 August 2011.
