INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 2.15 per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2013. The dividend will be paid on 27 September 2013 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 23 August 2013.
