INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that an interim dividend of 2.725p
per ordinary share should be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September
2005. The dividend will be paid on 20 May 2005 to shareholders registered at the
close of business on 22 April 2005.
