Issue of Equity

 

On 14 October 2020 BMO Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") allotted 154,754 ordinary shares of 25p each from the Company's general corporate blocklisting facility at a price of 262.00p per share.  The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue and dealings are expected to commence on 16 October 2020.  

 

Following this allotment, the Company has the ability to issue 6,202,246 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility.

 

As a result of this allotment, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will stand at 106,864,022 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 106,864,022.

 

The above figure (106,864,022) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their intere st in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
