F&C CAPITAL & INCOME INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
F&C Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC has issued 373,211 ordinary shares
of 25p each at 195.50p per share as follows:
266,211 shares to Apollo Nominees Limited a/c PRI
107,000 shares to James Capel (Nominees) Limited
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now
stands at 48,496,252.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of these
shares to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to
trading.
This issue is not in addition to that reported to the market with the issue of
treasury shares notification on 21 December.
