In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, Investors Capital Trust plc ("the Company") advises that as at 31 August 2016 the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,067,144 A shares and 32,076,703 B shares, of which 13,389,000 A shares and 850,000 B shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in Investors Capital Trust plc is 88,678,144 A shares and 31,226,703 B shares.

The above figures (88,678,144 A shares and 31,226,703 B shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Investors Capital Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
