Currys plc new Board Committee
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Currys plc (the "Company") announces that the Board has established an Environment, Social and Governance ("ESG") Committee of the Board. The remit of the ESG Committee includes the approval of the Group's ESG strategy, oversight of the delivery of this strategy and oversight of the management of ESG risks and opportunities. The full Terms of Reference of the ESG Committee have been added to the Company's website today. The Committee will be comprised of non-executive directors, Eileen Burbidge (Committee Chair), Tony DeNunzio and Andrea Gisle Joosen.
