Director Shareholding

Charles Dunstone, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 933,000 shares in the Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust on 13 February 2009. He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust.

As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 296,644,535 shares representing approximately 32.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
