Director Shareholding

Charles Dunstone, Chief Executive Officer, has today transferred 500,000 shares in the Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust. He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust. 

As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 296,144,535 shares, representing approximately 32.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.
