John Allwood, Non-Executive director, has notified the Company that he has today acquired 6,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 303.9 pence per share.

Mr Allwoods's total interest following this acquisition is 10,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital.
