Charles Dunstone, Chairman of the Company, has today sold 15,000,000 shares in the Company at a price of 236 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Charles Dunstone now holds 133,072,267 shares, representing approximately 29.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
