Director Shareholding

Roger Taylor has today sold a total of 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 320 pence per share and has also exercised the following share
options and sold the resultant shares at 320 pence per share:

Following this transaction, Roger Taylor remains interested (excluding share
options) in 858,385 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.097% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
