Director Shareholding



The Company hereby notifies that David Ross, a director of the Company, has
pledged 26,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the
Company in favour of UBS AG Bank as security ('Pledge Shares').



There is no disposal of any of the Pledge Shares and therefore his overall
shareholding in the Company remains at 216,590,759 ordinary shares (including
Pledge Shares), being approximately 25.9% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
