Director Shareholding

The Company gives notice that Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux yesterday sold 2 million
shares in the Company at 135 pence per share. He also gifted 1 million  shares
to his children who are under the age of 18, and as such maintains a disclosable
interest in such shares, and up to 100,000 shares to a number of French
charities.

After all of the above, Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux now has a disclosable interest
in 9,938,670 shares representing approximately 1.14% of the issued share capital
of the Company. He has also agreed not to sell more than 1.5 million shares over
the next 2 years except with the prior consent of the Company's Board of
Directors.
