Directorate Changes

The Company announces that David Mansfield is to join the Board as a Non-
Executive Director with effect from 29 September 2005.  David Mansfield is Chief
Executive of GCap Media plc, the UK's largest commercial radio company.  He
joined the Board of Capital Radio in 1993 and was appointed Chief Executive in
1997.  David Mansfield is interested in 500 ordinary shares, which represents
less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Board is actively engaged in attracting additional Non-Executive Directors
and expects to make further announcements in due course.

Further to the announcement in April 2005, David Goldie, Chief Operating
Officer, Telecoms, has today been appointed to the Board as an Executive
Director.  David Goldie is interested in 1,032,789 ordinary shares, which
represents approximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.  He
is also interested in up to a further 1,750,000 shares in the Company pursuant
to the Performance Share Plan.

There are no further details in respect of either appointment required under LR
9.6.13 of the FSA Listing Rules to be disclosed.
