The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC ('Company')
Board Changes
The Company announces that Andrew Harrison, UK Chief Executive, has been
appointed to the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.
Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux is stepping down from the Board, also with immediate
effect, to assume his new role as Chairman and Chief Executive of Virgin Mobile
France.
Andrew Harrison and his wife, T. Harrison, are jointly interested in 401,400
ordinary shares, amounting to approximately 0.045 % of the issued share capital
of the Company.
In addition, they are jointly interested in ordinary shares of the Company
through options at the following exercise prices:
