                              Interest in Shares

The Company received notice on 9 October 2001 that on the 5 October 2001
Morgan Stanley Securities Limited disposed of its interest in certain shares
in the Company resulting in it now holding 31,299,034 shares. This represents
approximately 3.579% of the issued share capital of the Company.
