Holdings in Company

Under the transitional provisions of the FSA Disclosure Rules 2007, the Company
was notified on 2nd March 2007 that Ameriprise Financial Inc and its group, of
which Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited is the ultimate
intermediate holding company in the UK, was interested in 49,839,409 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company representing 5.57% of the Company's issued
share capital as at 22nd January 2007, and that there had been no notifiable
change in the holding since.
