The Company received notice today under Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act
1985 that FMR Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries are interested in
28,738,366 shares in the Company which amounts to approximately 3.22% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
