Sponsored Level 1 ADR programme admitted for Trading
Dixons Carphone plc ('Dixons Carphone'), Europe's leading specialist electrical and telecommunications retailer and services company trading on the London Stock Exchange ('LSE') Main Market under the symbol 'DC.', announces that its American Depositary Receipts ('ADRs') have been formally admitted to trading on the Over-The-Counter ('OTC') market in the United States via a sponsored Level I ADR program. Deutsche Bank has been appointed as the Depositary Bank for Dixons Carphone's ADR program. Each Dixons Carphone ADR represents two LSE-listed Dixons Carphone Ordinary Shares. Dixons Carphone's ADRs will trade under the symbol 'DXCPY'.
