Notice of Results


The Company announces that its fourth quarter trading update and annual teach-in
for investors and analysts will now take place on 11 April 2006, and not 6 April
2006 as previously announced.  In addition, the broadband strategy presentation,
previously scheduled for March 2006, will now form part of the annual teach-in.
