Notification of Major Interests in Shares

David Ross notified the Company on 2 June 2010 that on 1 June 2010 he transferred 100,000 shares in the Company to his charitable trust, the David Ross Foundation. After such transfer his total shareholding in the Company is 68,461,960 shares representing 14.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
