**Correction** Result of Annual General Meeting

GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT

The following amendment has been made to the Result of Annual General Meeting Announcement today, May 26^th at 16:30 under RNS No 9694M .

The number of withheld votes for resolutions 2,3 and 4 have been corrected

All other details remain unchanged.

Curtis Banks (AIM: CBP), one of the   UK's   leading SIPP providers, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed on a poll.
