In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Custodian REIT advises that Professor Barry Gilbertson, a non-executive director of the Company, was elected as an independent non-executive director of conwert Immobilien Invest SE ("conwert") at that company's Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2015. 

conwert manages and develops residential property with a regional focus on Austria and Germany and its ordinary shares are listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
