Interim dividend

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK property investment company, confirms the maiden interim dividend of 1.25 pence per share, to be paid on 30 September 2014 to shareholders on the register on 8 August 2014, will be designated as 1.2125 pence per share property income distribution ("PID"), and 0.0375 pence per share non-PID.
