Issue of equity

Following the announcement this morning of an issue of equity, to accommodate additional demand the Board has issued a further 250,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("the New Shares") under the Placing Programme established in the Company's February 2014 prospectus.

The New Shares will be issued at 104.00 pence per share, increasing the amount raised to £22.62 million (before costs and expenses) and the number of shares issued to 21,750,000.

Applications will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.  Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares to commence, at 8 a.m. on 17 February 2015.
