Issue of equity

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK commercial real estate investment company, announces that to satisfy continued investor demand, 7,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("the New Shares") were issued today.  The New Shares were issued at 106.33 pence per share, raising £7,443,100 (before costs and expenses).

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital comprises 330,513,345 ordinary shares.

Applications will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.  Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 1 February 2017.
