Supplementary prospectus

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK property investment company, announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus reflecting the announcement on 25 November 2014 of its interim results for the period ended 30 September 2014 and its report for the period from incorporation on 27 January 2014 to 24 March 2014.

The supplementary prospectus will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  Copies will also be available on the Company's website at www.custodianreit.com and for collection, free of charge during normal business hours, from the Company's registered office at 1 Penman Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY, for as long as ordinary shares are available for issue under the Company's 20 February 2014 prospectus.
