Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of £0.015 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.015 per ordinary Euro Share. These amounts reflect the increased dividend of 6p per Sterling ordinary share / 6c per Euro ordinary share per annum announced by the Company on 21 September 2022.

The dividend will be payable on 25 November 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4 November 2022 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 3 November 2022.
