The following amendment has been made to the Dividend Declaration announcement released on 2 May 2023 at 11:56hrs under RNS No 1280Y.

The details in the RNS relating to the period for the dividend was misstated and has been changed from 31 December 2023 to 31 December 2022.

All other details remain unchanged.  The full amended text is shown below.

Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held earlier today the shareholders resolved to pay a final dividend of £0.01875 per ordinary Sterling Shares and €0.01750 per ordinary Euro Share, for the year ended 31 December 2022.

The dividend will be payable on 2 June 2023 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 12 May 2023 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 11 May 2023.
