Adjournment of Euro Share Class Meeting

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited hereby gives notification that the Euro Share Class Meeting due to be held today was adjourned as a quorum was not present.

The adjourned meeting will be held at 3.30pm on Friday 2 May 2014 at 7 Bond Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP.

For those that have already cast their votes, these will be carried forward for the adjourned meeting. The deadline for lodging any further proxy votes has been extended to 3.30pm Wednesday 30 April 2014.
