Appointment of Senior Independent Director

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") announces that Mr Mark Tucker has been appointed as its Senior Independent Director ("SID") with effect from 3 December 2019, having been a non-executive director of the Company since 20 March 2013.

Mr Tucker's experience and knowledge of the Company will provide important support for the Chairman; he will also serve as an intermediary for the other directors where necessary and be an alternative point of contact for investors.
