The Company wishes to announce that it has appointed BNP Paribas Securities Services S.C.A, Jersey Branch as the Company's secretary, administrator and custodian in place of Northern Trust International Fund Administrators (Jersey) Limited (as secretary and administrator) and Northern Trust (Guernsey) Limited (as custodian). The appointment is made with immediate effect and has received the approval of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
