December 2015 Share Conversion

The Company announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Euro and Sterling shares as at 30 November 2015 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 30 November 2015), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Euro Shares to Sterling Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.696188 Sterling Share per Euro Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 250,000 Euro Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 174,047 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Sterling Shares will commence on 30 December 2015.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
