Dividend Declaration

The Board has declared a first interim dividend of GBP 0.01 per ordinary Sterling Share (one pence) and € 0.01 per ordinary Euro Share (one cent) in respect of the period to 31 December 2013.

This dividend will be payable on 14 February 2014 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 31 January 2014 (the record date) and the corresponding Ex-Dividend Date will be 29 January 2014.
