Dividend Declaration - Ordinary Shares

The board of directors (the "Board") of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend of £0.025 per ordinary Sterling Share (two and a half pence) and €0.025 per ordinary Euro Share (two and a half cents) in respect of the six month period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015.

The dividend will be payable on 7 August 2015 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 10 July 2015 (the record date) and the corresponding Ex-Dividend Date will be 9 July 2015.
