Dividend Declaration - Ordinary Shares

The board of directors (the "Board") of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend of £0.025 per ordinary Sterling Share (two and a half pence) and €0.025 per ordinary Euro Share (two and a half cents).

The dividend will be payable on 5 August 2016 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 15 July 2016 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 14 July 2016.
