Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of £0.01000 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.01000 per ordinary Euro Share.

The dividend will be payable on 28 August 2020 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 7 August 2020 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 6 August 2020.
