Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held on 1 May 2020 shareholders resolved to pay a final dividend of £0.01375 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.01375 per ordinary Euro Share, being the first dividend for the current financial year ending 31 December 2020.  

The dividend will be payable on 5 June 2020 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 15 May 2020 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 14 May 2020.
